So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today. ~Matthew 6:34, NLT

It’s NOW time! So many people are wasting time. It’s not ours to waste, lovelies! When are you living? Not where, because really if you aren’t living now, you’re not where you need to be. I’m talking about living this very moment. I’ll say it again, it’s NOW time!
We all think ahead to different times, different circumstances and so forth. That’s all well and good, but we waste time when we fret and worry about tomorrow looking at THEN when we could be living NOW. Frankly, if you’re a puddle of goo worrying about our circumstances then you aren’t living in the moment, the NOW, and the enemy is controlling your life. He’s causing worry, stress, and many other things that are causing you to look at THEN.
How about you? When are you living? NOW or THEN? God wants you to live in the NOW. He wants you to seize the moment because right NOW is when it’s all happening. Right NOW is when you should be living. NOW is the time to step up, speak up, and move up. God has great big plans for you, but you won’t enjoy them if you’re looking toward THEN. You have to live in the NOW.
Don’t live or wait for a better time. Don’t wish for THEN. Wishing for THEN only deprives you of NOW. That’s exactly what the enemy wants you to do; waste time wishing for THEN to arrive when you already have NOW.
Your time is NOW. Enjoy it!
Seize the NOW! Seize it with both hands and make the most of it for as long as you can. Get out there and live. And while you’re at it, have FUN! It’s NOW time!

Sometimes we get so caught up in life that we forget who we are. Or maybe we forget who we used to be. Or maybe we just forget in general. The point is that we often forget ourselves in the everyday, ho-hum, merry-go-round of life.
Don’t forget who you are!
Every day we succumb to society’s standards. Be like this, dress this way, walk this way, sit like this, talk like that, eat this, don’t eat that, drink, don’t drink, watch this program, do that one, exercise this way, sleep this long, no don’t sleep that long, on, and on, and on…
Is it any wonder people suffer depression, anxiety, loneliness, despair, hopelessness, or just want to do themselves in? Is it any wonder?
No! It’s no wonder at all. I’ve fallen into the trap myself countless times. The sad thing is that I never realize I’m stuck in the rut of sameness until I can’t figure out why my life is at a standstill. Nothing is changing when every day should be something new and exciting. Yet, somewhere along the road in this journey I got caught up in what other people might think if I did something radical, unique, bold, outgoing, or just plain rebellious!
Listen, God healed me from depression and intimidation. This life journey I’m on now is one that has been exciting, different, unique, one that I’m surprised that I’m still walking, and yet somewhere I got caught up in wanting to be like someone else, do something someone else is doing, and then I became afraid that if I stepped out someone might not like it. What if I get in trouble? For what?!
Wait a doggone minute there bub! This is my journey! This is what God has called me to do. But I’m not walking it. I’m idling. I can’t afford to idle. I have to rev up the engine, squall the tires and take off.
You do, too.
It’s time to roll down the windows, turn up the radio, gun the engine and let’s go! Be who you are, not who someone else says you should be. Live in the moment. Have fun for a change. Stop worrying about what everyone else might think. Stop worrying about what someone might say. It’s not about them.
It’s about who God says you are!
It’s time for you to be who you are, be who God intended for you to be. How do you know who you are? Ask Him! Ask God what He wants you to do. He chose you, after all. He designed you. Ask Him what He’s chosen for you to do, then go out there and do it!
You don’t have to worry about what someone else thinks. Remember what Dr. Seuss says; the ones who matter don’t mind. God is calling you out to do something radical. Step out and do it!
Step out already!
I used to worry about getting in trouble if I did something out of the ordinary. Then God healed me and nothing has been ordinary since! And while I have wrestled with old, fleshly scars, worrying that someone might say something and I’d be in trouble… how ridiculous! My pastor helped me step out of that mentality real quick by assuring me that I never have to be afraid of getting in trouble for doing what God tells me to do.
If you step out in faith, God will surround you, protect you, and keep you from harm. And if someone doesn’t like it, God will deal with them. You need not worry.
So let’s step out together, friend. Let’s be who we are, the children of God. Let’s say what we feel the Holy Spirit is telling us. Because the ones who mind don’t matter, and the ones who matter don’t mind at all.
